AIS (Amazon Infrastructure Services) Supply Chain is looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Program manager to be responsible for tools and systems that support end to end procurement and supply chain process for the Power and Cooling organization. In this role, you will be responsible for process, technology, and analytics enhancements which will drive organizational efficiency and scaling and provide transparency into operational performance. In addition, you will be responsible for program managing critical programs relating to process improvements, automations, and solution implementations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Act as PAC’s representative and single threaded owner to collaborate with development teams for various tools and systems to support build management, procurement and supply chain functions and processes for PAC teams

  • Work with PAC internal business users to define and prioritize power and cooling requirements for procurement and supply chain automation tools and work with product managers and technical teams to drive implementation

  • Collaborate with PAC business users to drive supply chain improvement initiatives to simplify, automate, and scale processes and reduce SLAs

  • Collect data and present metrics to influence business partners and leadership on direction for strategic projects

  • Support PAC internal teams to develop scrappy solutions when needed

  • Drive education and adoption of tools and systems across PAC teams

  • Be a trusted partner with cross-functional teams

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Technology or related technical or quantitative field, OR 4+ years of related industry experience in lieu of a degree

  • 6+ years of experience with program management and/or business system, OR 4+ years of work experience and an advanced degree

  • 2+ years of experience in program, project or product management, or leading an implementation of a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in engineering or other quantitative disciplines

  • Experience with systems and tools for procurement and supply chain functions

  • Experience in developing analytical tools, such as Tableau, MySQL, Python, QuickSight

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and users

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
