We, the Customer Service Team in Contract Logistics, are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) for our branch in Contern, Luxembourg and look forward to receiving your application!

Your Role

As an employee in Customer Service, you are the direct contact for the customer and carrier and work closely with the responsible Warehouse Manager and colleagues in the warehouse.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the process of order processing and manage our master data within our Warehouse Management System, ensuring seamless operations;

  • Take charge of daily operations , both within our internal and external warehouses, orchestrating inbound and outbound processes;

  • Foster collaboration and communication across departments, customers, and warehouse staff, ensuring a smooth flow of operations;

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with finesse, promptly addressing any deviations in requested deliveries to maintain satisfaction;

  • Create added value through creation and maintenance of various reports and statistics , from volume analyses to Key Performance Indicators , preparing for regular Business Reviews and monthly billing;

  • Follow each shipment with precision , from inception to delivery and take into account special processes of specific customers; #LI-AM4

  • Uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction by continually improving quality standards and internal processes , providing valuable input for Continuous Improvement initiatives and driving projects where necessary;

  • Embrace Operational Excellence , embodying our standards through daily team meetings, adherence to 5S principles, fostering Continuous Improvement, and engaging with our valued customers.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Logistics or relevant industry experience, understanding of customer standards and deliver exceptional service;

  • Demonstrate knowledge of transport/logistics; Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus;

  • Navigate IT systems proficiently and MS Office, particularly excel;

  • Excel in teamwork, flexibility, stress management, and accountability;

  • Meet critical deadlines consistently, ensuring efficient operations;

  • Fluency in German and English is needed.
