Salary up to £42,000-£45,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other fantastic benefits!

Position Summary

Here at Nestlé Professional, we are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join us, as a B2B eCommerce Operations Manager, reporting into the Campaign & Data Excellence Manager. This is an amazing opportunity where you will play an important role in planning, driving and delivering both technical and commercial guidance to drive operations of the eCommerce B2B channel (Website & Mobile). You will be a part of a team based in our Crawley office where you will share the value of open communication to generate impact and return towards our common goals.

A day in the life of a B2B eCommerce Operations Manager

As a B2B eCommerce Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in being responsible for driving the analytic reporting, customer view, analysis, and business insights to drive our evolving direct to customer business to maximise sales performance and delighting customers. You will also be:

  • Responsible to build relevant and consistent best in class eB2B customer journeys / user experiences across all online touchpoints, in alignment with the CRM Insights and according to the defined campaigns plans and commercial initiatives. Working with the web manager to ensure SEO best practice.

  • Responsible for designing and delivering the eB2B UK content roadmap in alignment with the brand and marketing teams. Ensuring consistency across assigned touchpoints & timely execution of eB2B digital content.

  • Support and guide the UK's market's business & cross-functional teams to leverage ecommerce technologies by raising awareness on innovative tools & features.

  • Ensure adherence to globally defined ecommerce guidelines & optimization of the digital customer experience.

  • Development and provision of KPIs and trends in the context of the UK's market's eB2B digital strategy (effectiveness of marketing campaigns, customer lifetime value, conversion analysis, eb2b customer journey analysis, AOV, churn rate and retention indicators, Net promoter score, etc).

  • Providing eB2B insights/data for sharing on a regular and ad-hoc basis and supporting the use of data to make business decisions.

To be successful in this role you will already have some fantastic eCommerce and digital experience under your belt. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for We Proudly Serve Starbucks, you will have strong project management and analytical skills. You will need to be highly organised, conscientious and a team player. Pro-activity and enthusiasm are essential elements for this role as is desire to contribute to the continued programme of change, growth and digital development of the business. You’ll also:

  • Have the ability to influence at senior levels both internally and externally

  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, targeting a wide audience from customers to internal stakeholders

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels

  • Be able to run sizeable projects and work streams from concept to delivery

  • Experience in coordinating and participating in cross functional team
