Job Description

Responsibilities:

1) The contractor will provide technical staff to provide on-going support and troubleshooting of PC configurations, operating systems, web browsers and software / business applications for the TEBS DCM Services team. The contractor will work closely with the TEBS Enterprise Information Security Office (EISO) and other and other TEBS teams to perform analysis of multiple security vulnerability reports and lead efforts to remediate the identified vulnerabilities. These reports are produced at various intervals -- some monthly, others weekly and a few on a daily basis. This assignment will entail detailed analysis of the aforementioned security reports, identification of solutions to remediate the identified vulnerabilities and assistance in the actual remediation process.

2) Contractor will provide staff with strong experience in:

• Hands-on personal computer (PC) support and troubleshooting including operating systems (Windows 7 required, Windows 8 and/or Windows 10 a plus), and related PC software and business applications.

• Identifying and resolving issues in malware and virus infections from PC systems

3) Contract staff will work side-by-side with County staff to facilitate knowledge transfer

• SCCM (not as important as EndPoint Management and InTune) Pluses:

* MAM (Mobile Application Management)

* MDM (Mobile Device Management)

* Any Microsoft Certification

* Any Security Background or familiarity with Virus Infections or Anti-Malware

* General Windows 10 Administration null
