TEKsystems Field Service Technician in Duluth, Minnesota

There's currently 3 Field Services Technician opportunities available with a growing healthcare company in Duluth, MN. This person will be helping with the transfer/upgrade/support of 5,000 devices from one company to another company. This opportunity would be perfect for someone graduating college that may have school help desk or an IT internship experience, also someone who has done personal computer projects as it relates to the hardware side of things. Description:

You will be doing a discovery and replacement of hardware in the Duluth and surrounding areas. You will be moving equipment and peripherals to the client standards. About 5,000 devices total. Duluth is the main location. Likely 4 days per week on Duluth campus, and 1 day per week potentially traveling to other locations. Furthest locations are about 1.5-2 hours. Any travel to those would be pre planned likely with overnight accommodation. Any driving to locations aside from Duluth will be mileage reimbursed.

  • Hardware replacement - troubleshoot, IP, patch management

  • Windows 10/11 knowledge/support
