Physical Distribution Specialist:

Manages the goods flows and controls the execution of operational physical distribution activities of the Sleep and Respiratory Care (S&RC) distribution Centers (DC). Goal is to deliver our products in good quality to the customers at the right time and place within agreed budget . We participate in a creative, empowering and continuously-changing environment within S&RC Integrated Warehouse and distribution team.

Your role:

• Report on performance and corrective actions of all service providers (daily, weekly and monthly review cycle) of all activities as described below

• Overall resource capacity planning with CEVA (inbound, VAS, outbound)

• Overall responsibility for transport and warehousing (TPW) costs Europe

• Storage space capacity planning with CEVA

• Collaborative forecast with market fulfilment managers

• Quality coordinator for Delivery Holds, scrapping activities, rework, etc.

• Outbound unhappy flow/ exceptions (e.g. rush shipment, complaints)

• Performance management with CEVA, for KPI’s in CEVA contract & Philips KPI’s

• Support to transformation projects, like introducing new flows, SRC Home Commercial Integration

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve got 3 years of experience in supply chain

• You have experience in warehousing and distribution processes (preferred)

• You have good SAP knowledge (SAP PRD/ MP1)

• You have very good Excel skills

• You’re a multi-tasker: ability to work on manage several topics in the same time, you can perform well under pressure, you have good attention to detail and you’re problem solving oriented

• You're available to work from our warehouse located in Venray once per week, on average
