Required Skills:

Technical IDC Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Create a programmatic framework for developing telemetry solutions for various hardware use cases like RAS, performance benchmarking, and power profiling.

  2. Drive telemetry solutions across identified products and use-cases.

  3. Create programs to improve for hardware life expectancy across compute, storage and networking solutions at component, platform, system and cluster levels.

  4. Support cross-functional infrastructure projects in a matrix organization covering a range of areas such as Hardware Systems, Operations Engineering, Production Release Engineering, Datacenter, Infrastructure Software Engineering, Vendors.

  5. Responsible for requirements elicitation for solutions to new problem sets.

  6. Identify improvements to components across hardware/firmware/software.

  7. Champion strategy definition, planning, execution, risk management and communication on programs.

  8. Engage in product management in collaboration with Engineering owners to define product roadmaps.

  9. Bootstrap new organization wide initiatives and programs.

  10. Influence partners and build consensus to drive execution.

  11. Provide handson program management with internal teams and vendors.

  12. Prioritize and report differences in running hardware/systems programs in a social experiences company.

  13. Work independently with minimal supervision.

  14. Up to 2% international travel required.

  15. Up to 5% domestic travel required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Business, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer or Information Technology, or a related field. Foreign equivalent accepted.

  2. 36 months of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in related occupation is required.

  3. Requires 36 months of post-baccalaureate experience involving the following:

    1. Technical program management
    1. Hands-on product management
    1. Communication with stakeholders and engineers
    1. Adapting new technology and participating in design discussions
    1. Participating in product design discussions
    1. Collaboration with cross-functional groups like engineers
    1. End-to-end coordination
    1. Data Center Operations expertise
    1. Delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery and
    1. Risk management and mitigation strategies.

Public Compensation:

$203,505/year to $213,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
