ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a full-time Army Foreign Military Sales Instructor and Course Developer . Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Instructor/Developer will be part of a small team of experts maintaining online and instructor-led courses for U.S. Army personnel in the Security Assistance Enterprise (ASAE). This position will deliver the content of ASAE training courses and ensure that each student is provided every opportunity to understand the course content fully. The Customer office is in the National Capital Region, course instruction takes place nationwide, and this position is eligible for remote work, provided the candidate can travel monthly for course instruction.

Responsibilities:

Support the program manager in delivering up to 14 courses per fiscal year at various Army locations worldwide.

Collaborate with the Army Customer, the FMS enterprise, and the ASRC instructor teams to deliver instruction according to required FMS knowledge areas.

Ensure that each student is provided every opportunity to understand the course content throughout all courses.

Improve the training curriculum based on PM direction and customer/student feedback.

Update and develop training materials and course products over a multi-year schedule.

Participate in weekly training sessions with the instructor team to further professional development and improve course instruction.

Deliver mobile training courses at various military installations, including the setup and breakdown of course equipment and training aids. It requires lifting 50lb pelican cases and transporting them for shipping.

Requirements :

Education, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and at least ten (10) years of experience in Security Assistance.

Clearance Requirements:

Secret - Candidates will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

U.S. Citizenship is required.
