Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Air Defense System Lead Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to deliver resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing complex air-defense related tasks

• Responding to requests for proposals

• Interfacing with Government counterpart to determine objectives and develop plans for achieving the objectives and accompanying deliverables (reports, hardware, software)

• Coordinating and managing Parsons staff across multiple functional areas to accomplish the SOW with high level of customer satisfaction

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph

• BS, MS, or PhD in AE/ME/EE or similar discipline, and 8+ years of experience

• Must be a US Citizen

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Knowledge of and experience with Air Defense systems, components, and supporting equipment: surface-to-air missiles (SAMs), TELs, radars, seekers, EO/IR systems, lasers, ATGMs, or C4 equipment

• Modeling and Simulation experience in C++ or TMAP/Simulink models

• Foreign Material Exploitation experience and/or system operational testing

• Software reverse engineering and/or cyber effects

• Experience and training in the tradecraft documentation standards a plus

Salary Range:

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
