In this role you will act as an extension of the client's HR function focusing on business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the contingent employees.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work in a team environment to screen and select candidates according to client specific job profiles and workplace forecasts. You will work with your teammates to build a robust pipeline of candidates to ensure all positions are filled by the requested date.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strategic partnership with the client through in-person visits as well as a detailed understanding of the business, company direction, processes and policies.
