As the Senior Global Product Manager reporting to the Senior Director of Global Marketing, you'll orchestrate the development and execution of our software solution value proposition for hip robotics worldwide. Your focus will be on crafting competitive hip solutions that meet the evolving needs of patients, surgeons, and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a Robotics hip solution on the CORI Surgical Platform, collaborating closely with enabling technology teams, and shaping strategies with global key opinion leaders. You'll drive awareness through strategic marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and trade shows, while also leading product portfolio shifts and exit strategies. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving sales readiness and achieving revenue targets across global markets.

What will you be doing?

Development of product development strategy and go to market tactics for S+N robotics and technology-enabled hip portfolio.

Definition of scope and schedule with cross functional partners to deliver a market winning product for Robotic hip applications.

With assistance from the respective marketing and R&D teams, develop business cases and global growth initiatives.

Partner with business, development, and PMO teams to ensure key milestones are met throughout the development projects, including milestones, resources, and budgets.

Establish market and product requirements for products, including product positioning, value proposition, business models and pricing.

Manage interactions with key opinion leaders, including focus groups, usability studies, cadaver labs, and initial clinical cases related to the products developed under the partnership.

In close collaboration with the product, medical education, sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, and clinical teams, establish and continuously improve the syllabus, content, delivery model, and teaching faculty to deliver world class training programs for both internal and external audiences.

Collaboration and partnership with the Global Hip implant teams to drive robotically-enabled procedural solutions for the global markets.

Travel: approximately 30-50%; some international travel will be required

What will you need to be successful?

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business, marketing or engineering discipline.

Masters in related field or MBA desired.

8+ years of professional experience

Minimum 3 years of professional product management, marketing or engineering experience is required

Product management, systems/biomedical engineering within the orthopaedic industry

Proven ability to effectively position, message, and negotiate product requirements with the engineering team.

Experience in the development of business cases, return on investment and key performance indicators for new products
